This format is the fastest way I know for intermediate and advanced communicators to get better. Once you have reached a certain level, you need feedback customized for you, answers customized for you, and ideas customized for you.

When I mention The Talent Factory to our clients, I often hear: “I’d love something like that—getting feedback every week.” So for 2014, I’ve decided to start a new Talent Factory exclusive for energy industry professionals.

A maximum of 12 people will meet every week for 90 minutes, when I will personally review your latest content, answer your latest questions, and give you my best ideas on your latest challenges.
