New video: My UT Austin event

Here is the video of my recent speech on the moral case for fossil fuels at the University of Texas at Austin.

Not only is it one of my favorite speeches, but after the speech you can watch my fireside chat with Richard J. Chuchla of Jackson’s Graduate School of Geosciences. We disagreed on many points and I think it led to an interesting discussion. (If you want to skip directly to the chat, it starts about 56 minutes in.)If you are connected with a university and would be interested in supporting an event, let me know.

Best of Power Hour: Brendan O’Neill on Humanism and Anti-humanism

On this week’s Power Hour “best of” episode, I speak to Brendan O’Neill, editor of spiked-online.com and author of A Duty to Offend, to discuss the difference between the humanist view of nature and the anti-humanist view of nature.
