What we take for granted, we lose. What we fail to understand, we lose.
This should be one of the great lessons of the last decade. Whether in foreign policy or domestic, America experienced calamaties that it was woefully unprepared for–not because the knowledge didn’t exist, but because we couldn’t be bothered to learn about the fundamentals of foreign policy or the fundamentals of the financial system. The Center for Industrial Progress is devoted to educating Americans about the fundamentals of energy, industry, and progress, so that every one of us can be more productive with a higher standard of living going forward. If our country keeps ignoring the issue of industrial progress, or draws the false conclusion that more government intervention is the solution, then all our lives will be worse. We are at a crossroads with great peril and great promise. Choose promise by getting educated, getting motivated, and getting involved.
